Roman Bishop, the battle-hardened warrior with the Renaissance man lifestyle and his mountain girl fiancée, Kelly James are Arizona bound for the summer. But before they leave New York City, they’re going to visit the private sex club Roman has admitted to owning. Kelly’s curiosity forced his hand. She wants to see the club first-hand and now he has to face the music.
Against this background storyline, a new set of compelling characters are revealed.
Julian Bishop, Roman’s cousin and co-owner of the club not only lives in the tower, but he’s also the Master Dominant of Castle Scarlet – a role he’s struggling to care about.
Into this already quirky mix steps a girl who is less like a breath of fresh air and more like a hurricane of reality – Braeanna Walsh.
Rae redefines what being a female with zero fucks to give and a low tolerance for male nonsense looks like. Raised as the only girl in a family of larger than life men, she knows how to handle herself in a man’s world. Her first meeting with the imperious and arrogant Julian did not go well and ended with a well-placed gut punch and his astonished scowl. Men who bullied or took liberties of any kind were her triggers – something the Master Dominant wasn’t likely to forget.
