A Lawyer and Desert Angel Walk Into a Bar …
Yesterday I had the pleasure of spending time with one of my absolute favorite book couples, Parker & Angie. These two have fascinated me from their very first appearance in ALWAYS ~ A Family Justice Novel. Their unusual love story, begun so many years ago, captivated the romantic inside me.
I love laughing at their antics
I love writing about their quirky dynamic
I love when we get the chance to pull back the curtain for a glimpse into their past
ONWARD is the next story in the Justice timeline. It picks up where FIRE DANCE left off and takes us along on Parker and Angie’s first anniversary celebration.
My writing process is simple, basic, and possibly boring to some! It involves a workspace set directly in front of a large window. Having never acquired the ability to lounge with a laptop, I prefer the Apple computer dominating most of the real estate on my desktop. Nearby, I keep an assortment of bits and bobs to amuse myself when I’m working. The TV is on behind me, set to a music station. A tea mug is always within reach.

- Revisit the wedding inspiration boards for EVERLASTING
- Pull up the Spotify playlist for EVERLASTING.
- Listen to track #19 – Here Comes the Sun
- Grab tissue to be ready when the tears start 🙂
- Settle in with a steaming beverage.
- HOKR2R Hands on keyboard ready to rock
Many hours later I was exhausted and satisfied ~ the memorable story of Parker Matthew Sullivan and Angelina Nöelle Inés Valleja-Marquez Sullivan‘s first anniversary was complete.
It’s everything I hoped for.
